ああ、クソ

ダイナソーJr.を初めて聴いた。サウンドの全体像は大体予想していた通りだったが、ボーカルの歌い方は予想外だった。声質はどちらかといえば線が細く、叫ぶことも高音を出すこともないようだった。電車の中でフロントマンの見た目を思い出して、ステージ上ではどんなパフォーマンスをするんだろう、とぼんやり考えた。まだ興味があったら、後で調べてみよう。

I listened to Dinosaur Jr. for the first time. The overall contours of the sound was more or less what I have expected, but I didn’t anticipated the way the singer would sing. His voicing was kind of thin, and there seemed no scream nor high tone. I recalled the look of the frontman while on the train and wondered how he would perform on stage. I’ll check it out later if I’d be still interested.
